Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–⁠2 working days.

Estimated delivery time is 4–⁠9 working days. We confirm the shipping cost by email together with your order confirmation, before you pay.

Tracking is sent by email after dispatch and usually becomes active within 24 hours.

For deliveries within the EU, VAT is included in the price. We do not expect any additional customs duties for the delivery countries listed.

You pay by bank transfer. After you place your order, we send you an email with the confirmation, the account number and the payment reference.
