Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you can withdraw from the purchase contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. Further conditions, refunds and exceptions are described on the Returns page.

06

Complaints about defects

We are liable for defects that the goods have on receipt or that appear within 24 months of receipt.

How to make a complaint

Report a defect through our customer support. We will confirm by email when you made the complaint, what it concerns and which remedy you are asking for.

What you can ask for

  • You can choose between a replacement free of defects and a repair, unless the remedy you choose is impossible or disproportionately costly compared with the other.
  • You can ask for a reasonable price reduction, or withdraw from the contract, if we refuse to remedy the defect or fail to remedy it properly and in time, if the defect recurs, if it is a material breach of the contract, or if it is clear that we will not remedy it within a reasonable time or without significant inconvenience to you.
  • You cannot withdraw from the contract because of a minor defect; a defect is presumed not to be minor.

How we settle it

We will settle the complaint within 30 days of receiving it, unless we agree on a longer period. We will confirm the date and the way it was settled by email, for a repair including how long it took; if we reject the complaint, we will explain why in writing. If the complaint is justified, you are also entitled to reimbursement of the costs you reasonably incurred in making it.

07

Out-of-court dispute resolution

As a consumer, you can resolve a dispute arising from the purchase contract out of court with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), ADR department, Štěpánská 15, 120 00 Prague 2, adr.coi.cz.

These terms do not limit your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of defective goods.
